After you send a request, a provider in our network may reach out by phone or email to set a time to see your bathroom. Expect questions about who will use the bath, any mobility needs, and the size of the space. Measurements are usually taken in person. Ask about the timeline and what the estimate leaves out. Take your time, and ask the same questions of every provider so you can compare their answers.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers to explain their work in plain words. We ask them to give written quotes and to answer questions without pressure. They run their own businesses and are responsible for their own work, permits, and licensing.
