How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Quesrdiagnostic Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Quesrdiagnostic Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep a written record, much like keeping a receipt in a drawer.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Quesrdiagnostic Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@quesrdiagnostic.site and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We'll confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We'll look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we'll reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
